It occurs to me that if you don't post a comment this becomes very much like talking to myself. Even more important, part of the way search engines rank a website is by it's actual popularity, which is evidenced by visitor's posts, as well as content - which you can help increase by posting your thoughts, opinions, prayers, revelations, insight - whatever.
This is particularly important to blogs that are published as educast, seeking to increase your knowledge and understanding of Y'shua HaMashiac - Jesus the Messiah. I'd like to take this moment to invite you to visit Beit Shalom Austin Free Educast blog at http://beitshalomaustin.blogspot.com There are free work/study sheets as well as podcast discussions from a Messianic congregation's weekly meetings. Shalom Y'all!
Ever wonder if other people wonder about the same things you wonder about?
I was wondering how many things there are in the Bible that have layer upon layer upon layer of meaning? Lots of passages I've studied reveal deeper and deeper truth. Many times I've been blessed to read or hear about someone else's revelation from God's Holy Word. Many ministries branch forth from clearer understanding of the real truth within the truthful Scriptures. (Sadly, many denominations, too, and even some cults, although I think usually these come from "truths" rather than truth.) Perhaps every single passage can open up to more than first revealed. I tend to believe that, based on quite a few years of discovery. Even within Scripture, it is hinted that the surface is only that. Solomon tells us from the writings of the The Preacher / Ecclesiastes that "to the writing of many books, there is no end." Our Creator admonishes us to meditate on His words continually; our Savior puts us on notice by letting us know he has meat the disciples know nothing about, yet. Even the parables Yeshua spoke were an indicator of hidden wealth, and His explanation as to why He often speaks in these mysterious ways, to prevent those not of God from stealing into heaven.
Which begs the question: should we openly discuss these hidden treasures that have been revealed? It's pretty obvious that if someone can't get their mind around the fact that YHWH created everything, existed before anything and exists eternally - well, what would they steal? Things they don't believe are real? Truth they think of as fables, myths and fairy tales? Perhaps if one unbeliever were to "steal" one true word a seed would be planted... (*G*)
So, let's talk openly, freely, lovingly of our Salvation. While we still can. We are told by our Y'shua that if someone steals a shirt from us we should give them a coat to go with it
